Disappointed

I ordered just one pair of these to make an 80th birthday gift for a friends Mum who has sight issues. I had no choice but to use them as to return them and ask for a replacement would have meant missing her special day ☹️ Basically they weren’t symmetrical (with one being slightly wider than the other) and the ring on one was sealed completely and open on the other
