When should I file a claim?
Package Status is Delivered (Stolen)
- Claims for packages marked by the carrier as “delivered” must be filed within 30 days from the date and time shown by carrier as delivered.
Package Lost in Transit
- Claims for packages presumed to be lost by the carrier, where the status is not “delivered” must be filed no sooner than 7 days after the scheduled delivery date for domestic shipments (and 15 days for international shipments), but not later than 30 days from the last checkpoint on the carriers tracking.
Package Arrives Damaged
- Claims for damaged items require photos of the packaging and item(s) and must be filed no later than 30 days from when the package was marked as delivered.

What if my package doesn't arrive or is stolen?
Route provides full coverage of your package if does not arrive because it is lost in transit by the carrier or it is stolen after delivery. If your order has not arrived or goes missing after delivery, please file a claim with Route.
What if my package arrives damaged?

Commercial Invoices
When you place an order through our online shop, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This email includes a link to download a commercial invoice for your purchase. If you misplace your invoice, we can provide a copy manually upon request, provided it is within 90 days of the original order date. After this period, invoices can no longer be issued.
