Instructions:
Step 1
Gather your supplies
Tip your beads into magic sorting trays or small dishes. This way they are easy to access without them rolling away.
Step 2
Cutting your belcher chain
Measure out and cut equal lengths of chain. These will be linked between each coloured bead. You can cut as many as you like, the more lengths you use, the longer your necklace will be.
Step 3
Preparing your beads
Place one bead of each colour onto a flat head pin, then bend the pin to secure the bead in place.
Once you have done this, snip off the excess length with your side cutters, leaving a few millimetres in order to create a loop. Now take your round nose pliers and create a loop with the wire.
Step 4
Create a layout
Now arrange each bead into the order you would like the colours to be. You can follow our example or create your own combination.
Step 5
Attach the beads
Now take your first bead, bend the hoop open with your round nose pliers, and one of the chains you measured out earlier onto the open loop.
Use your round nose pliers to close the loop and continue this process until you are happy with the length of your necklace.
Step 6
Final touches
To finish off your necklace, using the clasp from your belcher chain, attach them to your necklace.
